I’ve dropped this thing more times than I’d like to admit, and it’s still working just fine. If you’re someone who’s a little clumsy or you know it’s going to get knocked around a bit, I’d say it’s been reliable so far.

Support got back to me quickly and they did fix the issue, so I appreciate that. I was just a little disappointed it happened in the first place and that I had to reach out to get it sorted

It feels really sturdy, like it’s built almost like a tank. I’d say it gives off a durable, well-made impression.

My Acebeam light charges quick and it doesn’t get hot while charging. The USB-C worked fine on the first try, and the battery lasts kinda well after a full charge too.
